Commonly Asked Questions/FAQ:

Can i sign up for just one day of Camp?

  • Yes you can sign up for Camp day by Day or you can sign up for the whole camp at once. The price of just a single day of Camp is $40 a player and if you sign up for the whole camp there is a discounted price!

Will there be 1-on-1 training?

  • Each Session will be capped at a maximum of 10 athletes. This ensures each athlete will get appropriate one on one time with the instructors. We Also have availability for one on one lessons that you can sign up for in the next page over to the right!

What if the program already started? Can I sign up in the middle?

  • While going through the whole program is encouraged, athletes can pick up at any point. We will provide the same introductory principles and pick right back up!

What if I’m not a Varsity Baseball player?

  • No worries! We still offer lessons for younger athletes or for those with busy schedules. Head over to the “Lessons” tab at the top of the page to learn more and get started!

Strength Training/Sport Performance

Strength Training is a key component to a quality Baseball Development Program. At Next Pro Training, we believe that skill training alone is not enough to help give players the best chance to succeed. The goal is to train relevant movement patterns and build foundational strength that will translate to the diamond. On top of that, the program will have a large emphasis on athleticism, power, and mobility all within our state-of-the-art weight room. Progress will be tracked throughout the program with the help from InBody Body Composition Scans. You will not find a program that structured to correlate more perfectly with the baseball skill training on the turf!
