After Graduating from Class AA Schenectady High school Mike went on to play 5 years in the middle infield at Alfred State college. Mike’s knowledge and love of the game made for an easy transition into the coaching part of the game, Going on to serve 2 years as the Head coach and Assistant Coach of the Hornell steamers in the NYCBL while also Coaching at his alma mater Alfred State. This Summer Mike served as the Head Assistant Coach for the Albany Dutchmen in the PGCBL and is now running Player development at NPT looking to help Athletes prepare to achieve their goals in getting to the next level. Mike has many great college connections through his time Coaching summer ball in the Perfect game and the New York collegiate leagues!

• Also played for Nationally Ranked NCAA DII Lindenwood University

Victor Cavalieri

Pitching Instructor

After graduating from Northstar Christian Academy, Victor went on to continue his baseball career at Houghton College. During his Senior year he was named Captain of the Highlander baseball squad and struck out an astounding 100 batters in just 60 innings pitched, leading the nation in Ks per 9 with 15.0. The following summer, Vic signed with the Atlanta Braves after being drafted in the 36th round of the 2018 MLB Draft. He spent his college and professional off-seasons at Next Pro Training and currently serves as a pitching instructor for the facility.
